Our products are made-to-order so we do not offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference, invalid shipping address, incorrect order details, or any other reason other than defective items.
If the product you received is defective or the wrong item/size was received, please contact us at support@wa7shfactory.com and we will gladly sort it out. Any claims must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received.
Changes to an order
We cannot guarantee changes to an order once the order is submitted. Please ensure all provided details (shipping address, product selection, and sizing) are accurate before purchase.
Returned / Unclaimed packages
It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package and inform us it is being returned by the shipping courier for any reason (invalid address, unclaimed package, etc). We will not track returned packages.
If a package is returned for any reason, the only option the customer has is to have the package reshipped and they will be responsible for reshipment costs. A refund due to a returned package is not an option.
Returned packages that are not claimed after 30 days will be donated & we will not be able to offer a refund.
